I'm a huge fan of the NFL, and subscribe to Sunday Ticket so I can watch as many games as possible during the regular season. I also play in several different fantasy football leagues in order to help spice up the real games. After all, it's much more exciting watching teams play when I have a stake in the outcome!

I've done extremely well in all of my leagues these past few years, and have even won three championships. I refuse to believe that my wins were the result of dumb luck because I actually put a lot of time into studying my lineups and managing my teams. While thus far, my championships have only brought me bragging rights over my buddies, I'm looking to parlay my success into actual cash. That's why I'm currently looking at different fantasy football websites that offer high-stakes games for skilled players.

Most of the fantasy football websites out there cater to weekend warriors who just want to have fun. There's neither an entry fee to play nor a payout if you win the league. These are the kinds of leagues I've been playing in, but it's definitely time to change. I figure I'd do just as well with money on the line, so why not give it a shot? All I have to do is find a couple of fantasy football websites with reasonable entry fees, and I'll be on my way.

I spent some time looking at a few different high-stakes fantasy football websites this morning just to try to get an idea of what I can expect from these types of leagues. At any rate, I know what I'll be doing this offseason: poring over stats, records, and transactions in preparation for draft day. With real money on the line, I've got to step things up and take my game to the next level!
